In order to gain a better handle on where our products are sold throughout SL we have recently implemented a vendor affiliate group. We used to allow any and all merchants to resell our products through apez.biz at a 20%-35% commission rate but due to issues with how our products were being marketed and the locations in which they were being marketed we decided to implement a group for approved vendors only to sell our products through the apez commission program. If you were a Beautiful Sin affiliate and this change affected you and you would still like to carry our products in your market or mall please contact BamBam Rockin. Arrangements have been made to protect our business and our name and will also benefit the approved merchants who carry our products as on many collections the commission rate will increase.

All Affiliates of Beautiful Sin Must agree to this Agreement in Order to Retain Their Rights and Ability to Sell our Products and Use the Beautiful Sin Name.
==[ Availability ]==
At this time Beautiful Sin employs the use of Apez Networked Vending system to handle its Vendors and its Affiliates. In order to be able to be a Beautiful Sin affiliate you must own either the free or full versions of apez.
Beautiful Sin reserves the right to change vending systems at any time and in such case will notify Affiliates and if possible provide them with an easy path of change.
==[ Terms ]==
* Any place you use the Beautiful Sin Name in any regards to identify yourself, or your place of business you must include the term Affiliate. Such as land Description and/or classified Ad, If you wish to mention our name, you must do so as "Beautiful Sin Affiliate"
* You Must Use Our Beautiful Sin Affiliate Sign in your Store and it Must Be of a Size and Location that it is easily seen and located appropriately in relation to our products. (If you wish to make your own Sign Using our Texture, The *BS* Affiliate Web Script Must be Inside it).
* Optional: You may include the Beautiful Sin Affiliate Landmark Giver and if you do it must be of a size and location that it is easily seen and located appropriately in relation to our products. (If you wish to make your own LM Giver using Our Texture, the *BS* Affiliate Landmark Giver, Landmark, and *Beautiful Sin* Information must be in it).
* No modifications other then size or shape may be made to any of the Beautiful Sin affiliate items. This includes but is not limited to, removing items, adding items, changing the color, and changing the textures.
* You may not place our products within a market, or mall that an Official Beautiful Sin Vendor is in. You may however place our products within a market or mall that an Official Beautiful Sin Vendor is Not in, Even if another Beautiful Sin Affiliate already has vendors there.
* You may not represent yourself as Beautiful Sin or as an employee of Beautiful Sin. You must represent yourself as a Beautiful Sin Affiliate.
* Any other Items provided to you in the affiliate kit may be used within your store or location. Unless otherwise noted these items are not required but modifications to these items outside of size is strictly forbidden.
* Special Requests for Items and Textures not in our Affiliate Kit will be accepted and will be approved or denied on a case by case basis.
* All Affiliates must apply with either BamBam Rockin or Pebbles Rockin before they will be allowed to sell Beautiful Sin Products.
* Beautiful Sin will periodically review Affiliates for infractions to this agreement. Anyone found not following this agreement will be given up to but not necessarily 2 weeks of time to correct the infractions.
* Beautiful Sin withholds the right to revoke someones Affiliate Status for any reason we deem necessary for the well being of our Business and our Name.

Please be aware that through this agreement Beautiful Sin hopes to provide a more unified experience for all its customers. We also hope to be able to protect the *Beautiful Sin* name and Trademark.
