Question: The silks are gold metal prim-work in the picture but look gray when I put them on. Help?
Answer: Many of our silks were created before the new Second Life Windlight Viewers came out. The new viewers apply a shine (if they are set to shine) to metals that currently looks unnatural on golds. Simply right click on your silk when wearing it, select edit>more and then go to the texture tab. Under "Shininess" select none and this should return the gold prims to normal.

Question: The silks don't fit!! Help!
Answer:All of our silks are modify on prim parts only to allow you to stretch and edit the silks to fit your body shape. We will help with fittings but we are not able to do total reconstructions for extreme body shapes (child avatars, male shapes, disproportionate or extremely wide-set breasts, etc.) We also do not provide support, fittings or replacements for prizes won.

Question: This silk keeps taking off my collar!? Why do you attach it to the (insert location here)?
Answer: Second Life gives each user a limited number of attachment points. The only 2 attachment points that are fixed and work well for nipple chains, collars or prim tops are the chest or spine. Unfortunately, half of the collar makers in SL attached their collars to the spine and the other half attached it to the chest. Therefore it is impossible for us to know which attachment point your collar is on. Some of our silks include 2 nipple chains or tops (one for each attachment spot) but not all of them do, If you need to change the attachment point for your top or nipple chain simply take it off and right click it from inventory>select attach to (chest or spine) and then right click on the actual top or nipple chain and position it using SL's edit feature. Once you remove it and put it back on it will be saved to that attachment point and you won't have to move it again. SL saves the position when you remove it so its important to do this or you may relog and find your top or chain needs to be positioned again.

Question: Do you do custom silks?
Answer: We will occasionally make a deal with a sim owner to create a city silk to be used by the girls of the city. We will also at times create custom colors but we do not create complete silks custom made. Because many of our silks can take upwards of 50 hours for Pebbles to make she simply doesn't have the time to do this. If you would like to request a specific style in a specific color please drop a notecard to Pebbles Rockin with the RGB Values of the color you are requesting and someone will get back to you on whether it can be done or not. The price on the custom colors vary depending on the style of the silk and time it takes to retexture. You are also welcome to put in a request for a color to be released in the next silk collection but we are not always able to accomidate these requests.

Question: I won a prize in your store but its no transfer, I want to give it to my girlfriend can you send me a transferable version?
Answer: The simple answer is no. All of our items for sale in the store come with Mod/Xfer permissions but due to issues with people camping multiple copies our gift items and trying to resell them (among one of the many reasons) we had to make most of our prize items (or parts of them) no transfer. We are one of the few stores who often give away items that are not exclusively freebies but items that we do sell in the store, some of which are our top sellers or popular items. We do this because we appreciate our loyal customers but some people have abused our generosity. If you would like to purchase an item for someone else you are welcome to as all of our items for sale are currently transferable. We also occasionally give away silks and freebies in our group and it is free to anyone to join, just search groups for *Beautiful Sin* and click join.

Pricing - Are you offering any pricing incentives or free weeks if you are a new market or mall?

If you purchased an item at one of our market vendors and you didn't receive it PLEASE give it at least an hour to deliver, if it is unable to an automatic refund will be issued by the system - we can do nothing for you until the hour has passed. To avoid this issue that sometimes occurs with vendors, please shop at the main store.

We occasionally are looking for a few models who are able to work for *Beautiful Sin* on an as needed basis for fashion shows or store promotions. What we are looking for in our models.....
*Sexy and attractive models with skins and hair that compliment our silks and clothing.
* Body shapes that easily fit most of our silks and/or models with the skills & ability to modify their own prim silks or clothing to fit well without much difficultly or assistance.
*Have a polite and easy going personality, be able to work under some pressure.
*Knowlege of animations and a semi-decent arsenal of modeling poses to display our items.
